What you will do in your working day

· First point of contact for customers via phone presenting a confident and kind manner.

· Answer emails to promptly resolve queries while keeping relevant parties informed.

· Occasional interaction with customers face to face.

· Book in jobs and diary management for our 6 locksmith engineers.
