    Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 in the office in Thame. There can be the added option of flexible hours on the Friday of most weeks.

What you will do in your working day

  • Statutory accounts preparation
  • Tax compliance
  • Providing ad hoc advice
  • Supporting other members of the team and working closely with clients

The training you will be getting

  • You will be training towards the ACA Level 7 Diploma in Accounting
  • Training will take place for approximately six weeks of every six months

  • Most of the Managers and Directors are ‘home grown’, having completed their training with Richardsons, so career progression is good
