Reporting to the Head Chef, this position will suit an individual who enjoys a challenge and who is keen to progress there culinary skills. You will work towards your Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification and have duties such as learning basic cooking techniques and cleaning and maintaning a work station.

- Learn and execute basic cooking technique.
- Follow recipes and instructions to create dishes that meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
- Have a passion for food using fresh, seasonal quality produce.
