The apprentice will play a pivotal part in supporting the sales & marketing team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the sales & marketing process.

What you will do in your working day
Sales Progression:
- Reviewing reservations and assisting with the sales process
- Auditing chain information for accuracy and completeness
- Booking surveys and managing related tasks outside Sales Advisor hours
- Auditing CRM system (HouseBuilder Pro) notes and selection forms before submission to suppliers
Marketing Support:
- Ensuring marketing information on-site is accurate and up-to-date
- Printing marketing materials as required
- Coordinating and maintaining selections area in HQ
Administrative Tasks:
- Booking and coordinating meetings
- Managing HBP emails related to reservations, exchanges, completion, and amnesty
- Updating Housebuilder Pro (HBP) with drawings, plots, and other relevant information
- Handling general administrative duties, including customer calls and letters
- Maintaining the Wilman & Wilman reservation log
- Managing the Council Tax Band Spreadsheet
- Coordinating stock plot choices and ensuring accurate build completion dates
- Compiling and updating weekly visitor reports
- Auditing selection forms and marketing materials for accuracy
- Coordinating samples for new developments
- Managing signage audits and ensuring images are added to HBP
- Managing the "Hello@" inbox
- Assisting with leads and maintaining the new development leads database
- Coordinating charity events in areas around developments
- Handling general administrative tasks and providing cover for Sales Advisor sickness or odd days
Customer Interaction:
- Assisting with selections appointments when required
- Coordinating key handovers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Providing general support during busy periods, including launches, year-end, and other peak times
- Handling customer inquiries and requests
The training you will be getting
- This is an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3
- It will involve a combination of on and off the job training in the workplace
- You will have monthly mentoring and guidance at work from a Craven College Learning and Development Advisor alongside fortnightly college attendance in Skipton
- After 18 months you will be entered to undertake an End Point Assessment, to complete your Apprenticeship
- The End Point Assessment will comprise of a Project, a Knowledge Test, and a Presentation/Interview with the assessor
- More information on course content and assessment methods will be discussed at interview
