What you will do in your working day

Key duties include:

  • Reserve accounts and create electronic file folders
  • Prepare and process documents (i.e. policies, rate and quote forms) that are usually of a binding and legal nature for clients
  • Correspond with agents and answer inquiries
  • Handle service requests
  • Create renewal lists and renewal solicitations
