What you will do in your working day
Key duties include:
- Reserve accounts and create electronic file folders
- Prepare and process documents (i.e. policies, rate and quote forms) that are usually of a binding and legal nature for clients
- Correspond with agents and answer inquiries
- Handle service requests
- Create renewal lists and renewal solicitations
