What you will do in your working day

As this apprenticeship role offers a varied workload the Apprentice will develop skills in a number of areas.

Duties may include:

  • sourcing and stocking vehicle parts
  • Communication
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • How to currently handle complaints
  • Procedures
  • Assisting customers

The training you will be getting

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Apprentices will be working and will be trained within the dealership and an advisor will visit at least every 4-6 weeks as part of a close support network to ensure that apprentices are both enjoying and succeeding in their course

An Apprentice’s training includes:

  • Apprenticeship standard L2(Customer Service Practitioner)
  • An industry recognised standard qualification
  • Functional skills if needed
