What you will do in your working day
As this apprenticeship role offers a varied workload the Apprentice will develop skills in a number of areas.
Duties may include:
- sourcing and stocking vehicle parts
- Communication
- Dealing with customer queries
- How to currently handle complaints
- Procedures
- Assisting customers
The training you will be getting
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard:
- Apprentices will be working and will be trained within the dealership and an advisor will visit at least every 4-6 weeks as part of a close support network to ensure that apprentices are both enjoying and succeeding in their course
An Apprentice’s training includes:
- Apprenticeship standard L2(Customer Service Practitioner)
- An industry recognised standard qualification
- Functional skills if needed
