What you will do in your working day

Your duties will include: 

  • Raise returns, process returns and credit customers
  • Scanning & general admin
  • Running reports on returns
  • Take spares order requests and card payments
  • Answer customer support messages via telephone or email promptly to enhance the customer service experience
  • Accurately record and log customers details, complaints, and update engineer visit details
  • Liaise with external transport company to address both end user and company discrepancies
  • Arrange service visits to both homes and showrooms
  • Work with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
  • Contribute with fresh ideas for department improvements in fortnightly team meetings
