What you will do in your working day
Your duties will include:
- Raise returns, process returns and credit customers
- Scanning & general admin
- Running reports on returns
- Take spares order requests and card payments
- Answer customer support messages via telephone or email promptly to enhance the customer service experience
- Accurately record and log customers details, complaints, and update engineer visit details
- Liaise with external transport company to address both end user and company discrepancies
- Arrange service visits to both homes and showrooms
- Work with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers
- Contribute with fresh ideas for department improvements in fortnightly team meetings
