The gym is open Monday to Friday 6am to 9:30pm Saturday 8am to 5pm Sunday 10am to 4pm You will be required to work 30 hours across a 7 day week, and this will be on a rota. Working days to be discussed at interview.

What you will do in your working day
This role is a varied role which includes reception duties. You will also be heavily involved in the marketing and promotion side of things, and this will allow you to learn and gain valuable experience across all areas of our business.
- Front Desk Operations: Welcome and greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanour. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members. Efficiently handle membership registrations and renewals.
- Member Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member needs and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly. Offer guidance on gym services, classes, and facilities to enhance their overall experience.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organised reception area. Regularly sanitise high touch surfaces, such as countertops, doorknobs, and equipment. Ensure the gym reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Digital Marketing Assistance: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies. Assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and scheduling posts to increase online presence and engagement.
- Content Creation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions. Assist in creating visually appealing and informative content for various marketing channels.
- Data Management: Help maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of memberships, leads, and inquiries. Assist in analysing marketing performance data and generating reports for review.
- Event Coordination: Support the coordination of gym events, challenges, and promotional activities to foster member engagement and attract potential clients.
- Learn and Grow: Actively participate in the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship program, attending training sessions and workshops, and applying newly acquired skills to real world marketing projects.
The training you will be getting
You will work towards a digital marketing level 3 qualification.
A blend of workplace learning and 20% off the job training with a development coach. Training will be delivered remotely.

- Permanent role can be considered after the apprenticeship, Fitness Factory would like the apprentice to stay and further their journey.
