What you will do in your working day

Our award-winning insurance business is looking for a Customer Service Advisor Apprentice to join its rapidly growing team. Candidates should have a strong bias towards providing an exceptional customer experience and be able to solve complex problems in a quick and efficient manner. If you are an enthusiastic, charismatic individual who takes pride in providing a quality service, then we are excited to hear from you.

  • Deal with incoming customer queries and make alterations to our clients existing policies and renewals
  • Carry out the sale of new policies
  • Responsible for maintaining high levels of professionalism while working towards building a quality rapport with every client

The training you will be getting

You will work towards your:

  • Insurance Practitioner Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII)
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required)

Training will be via Davies, virtually. 6 hours per week off the job training.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Following successful completion of apprenticeship option to review role and progress to Customer Service Advisor role or look to progress towards Commercial Insurance Advisor role.
