These will include (for example) staff meetings, online courses, shadowing other team members, as well as a monthly online (via MS Teams) study workshop, basically a lesson, with your Tutor, lasting between 2 and 3 hours, during which you will be taught a particular subject / topic / module. These will include: • Personal development and commitment • Range of services • Legislation and regulation • Customers and customer service • Organisation background information • Decision making and collaborative working • Communication • Problem solving and project management • Assets • Context Any work that you are set within this session is then expected to be complete for the next month’s session. You will be given time each week to do this within your working day/week - so no homework!! This will all prepare you for your End Point Assessment (EPA) once you have completed all the learning required.
