What you will do in your working day

  • You will promote independence for the individuals  
  • You will be supporting the individuals to take positive risks, and to learn new skills
  • You will learn how to deliver person centred care  
  • You will be delivering a small amount of personal care  
  • You will support the individuals to access the community and enjoy days out and holidays 

The training you will be getting

  • You will work towards a level 3 diploma  
  • You will be required to undertake online training  
  • You will be required to attend face to face workshops  
  • You will be required to complete NAPPI (non-abusive psychological and physical intervention) training  
    All training is provided by AllCare Community Support, and you will be given time to complete some training on site 
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required
