What you will do in your working day
- You will promote independence for the individuals
- You will be supporting the individuals to take positive risks, and to learn new skills
- You will learn how to deliver person centred care
- You will be delivering a small amount of personal care
- You will support the individuals to access the community and enjoy days out and holidays
The training you will be getting
- You will work towards a level 3 diploma
- You will be required to undertake online training
- You will be required to attend face to face workshops
- You will be required to complete NAPPI (non-abusive psychological and physical intervention) training
All training is provided by AllCare Community Support, and you will be given time to complete some training on site - Functional Skills in English and maths if required
