What you will do in your working day
- Giving customers top-notch advice
- Efficiently answer telephone calls to the store
- Advising customers their hearing aids / glasses are ready or delayed as appropriate

- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
- Eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level upon completion
- Functional skills maths and English, if required
