What you will do in your working day

During your apprenticeship, you will become fully conversant in a variety of tasks which the wider team undertake. These tasks include, but are not limited to: 

•    scanning documents, filing them electronically and in hard copy
•    printing and photocopying documents as and when required 
•    a wide variety of general miscellaneous administrative tasks to include matter closing, deeds scheduling, scanning of invoices and correspondence, creation of hard copy folders/files and maintenance of the team library 
•    delivery and collection of items from other Practice Groups or support departments 
•    providing ad hoc support as required and undertaking tasks specific to your practice group area 

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business administrator apprenticeship standard.

Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.

As a member of the team, you will be supported and mentored by experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: 

•    ability to communicate effectively at all levels 
•    ability to prioritise own workload with direction as required 
•    ability to keep calm under pressure 
•    good team player 
•    a "can-do" and flexible attitude 
•    excellent attention to detail 
•    good working knowledge of Outlook and Word

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Our newly created Administrator Apprenticeship Contract will give you the opportunity of gaining valuable on-the-job learning along with structured learning with a competitive salary.
