What you will do in your working day
- Identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process using all appropriate methods to fulfil job requirements.
- Writing, placing and updating job adverts in line with company procedures.
- Monitoring and shortlisting responses and distributing appropriately.
- Liaising with candidates to initiate registration process through to completion.
- Processing candidate documentation and identifying outstanding requirements.
- Ensuring the registration process is completed efficiently.
- Providing general administrative assistance as required.
- Achieving KPIs set out by manager.
The training you will be getting
To meet the requirements of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:
- Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events
- 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager
- Observing and shadowing colleagues
- Writing up learning reflections for your portfolio
- Functional Skills Maths and English Level 2, if required
