What you will do in your working day

  • Identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process using all appropriate methods to fulfil job requirements.
  • Writing, placing and updating job adverts in line with company procedures.
  • Monitoring and shortlisting responses and distributing appropriately.
  • Liaising with candidates to initiate registration process through to completion.
  • Processing candidate documentation and identifying outstanding requirements.
  • Ensuring the registration process is completed efficiently.
  • Providing general administrative assistance as required.
  • Achieving KPIs set out by manager.

The training you will be getting

To meet the requirements of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme you will need to spend 6 hours a week of your time undertaking off-the-job learning, which will include:

  • Formal training, including online learning and internal learning events
  • 1-2-1s with your coach and line manager
  • Observing and shadowing colleagues
  • Writing up learning reflections for your portfolio
  • Functional Skills Maths and English Level 2, if required
