What you will do in your working day
Your responsibilities include:
- Accurate data entry
- Maintaining records
- Invoice processing
- Expense management
- Effective communication with team member
- Sorting of finance inboxes
- Processing expense invoices in Xsped and Cargowise
- Checking supplier statements
- Sending remittances if requested
- Communicating with vendors on various queries with invoices
The training you will be getting
This is an 18-month Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. You will be required to attend the training provider (In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge WS9 8UG), 2 days per week over a 5 - week period as part of the training, and you will have monthly assessor visits to see you at the company.
