What you will do in your working day

Main duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the daily administration of sales support efficiently within agreed SLA's
  • Load proposals onto relevant system ensuring correct and full supporting information loaded, original documentation received, and relevant searches completed
  • Respond to queries from BDM's, brokers and colleagues via telephone and email in a timely manner
  • Oversee and check preparation of all finance and supporting documentation for pay out
  • Ensure systems are operating correctly and internal controls applied, report and resolve issues in timely manner
  • Ensure all information is uploaded onto relevant systems completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines
  • Collaborative partnership with other functions (e.g. risk and finance), account managers and introducers and assist with queries where necessary
  • Operate within Time Finance plc's data protection policies and procedures and compliance policies as relevant to the role
  • Operate within Time Finance plc's HR policies and company handbook
