What you will do in your working day

The role will entail making outbound calls, so customer service is key.

Full training will be provided for the role, as well as on-going support.

A normal day would include:

• Updating the system with accurate notes
• Providing an excellent experience
• Ensuring written correspondence is completed using the correct spelling and grammar
• Being a team player and displaying a positive attitude towards team work, team members and callers
