What you will do in your working day

  • Customer facing
  • Handling telephone enquiries
  • Opening and closing files, scanning, archiving, file compliance for example
  • Checking identification and ticking off checklists
  • Data entry on the case management system as needed, working towards an understanding of billing and time entries

Things to consider

Pay increases are usually given within the first 6 months and will be given based on the level of understanding and ability of the apprentice to undertake assigned roles.
