What you will do in your working day
- Arranging and organising two per week team meetings.
- Taking minutes at these minutes and any external meetings as requested
- Organising support for colleagues attending networking events, i.e. travel, accommodation, materials
- Coaching other team members on elements of the CRM
- Delegating work to other members of the team to support with the wider goal
- Elements of Payroll for temps
- Working on timesheets
- Using the internal CRM system and other IT systems
- Emailing current clients offering up to date news and services
- Taking and receiving emails and phone calls from external customers and clients and candidates
- Overseeing a project from the 9th month from start to finish This could be relating to the CRM system
- Ordering equipment
- Mailshot
- Running job adverts for other team members
- Organising and recording certificates of candidates
