About the employer

DMW Recruitment was founded with a clear mission: to fill a gap in the market for specialised mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation (M, E & I) recruitment services. Our founder, David Wainman, saw the need for a tailored approach in this niche sector, and DMW was born to bridge that gap. We pride ourselves on being genuine experts in our field, connecting clients with top-quality candidates for their ideal roles. In just three short years, DMW has grown from a single desk in a room to a thriving team with hundreds of successful placements within our roster of over 40 clients. One of our guiding principles is giving our staff full autonomy, as we believe that the absence of micro-management allows our team to thrive. We are proud of our journey so far and look forward to continued growth and success in the M, E & I recruitment industry.
