What you will do in your working day

The Role:

  • To deliver first-class client experiences for our existing clients that are mix of city professionals, entrepreneurs, and private client families
  • Deliver our workflow to maximise the team’s output and results
  • Proactively drive the team forward by promoting efficient collaborative working
  • Assist the team day to day in a structured way of working and make use of technology to enhance productivity
  • Work to engage and develop strong relationships with our existing clients and target community
  • Report regularly to colleagues on the team’s overall engagement
  • Contribute to team strategy and promote a fun working environment
  • Ensure tone, personality, and messaging is consistent and within guidelines while being respectful and fun

  • Financial Services Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard
  • Fully and part funded learning and development programme that includes the CF1 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics
  • Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of successful Financial Services Administrators
