What you will do in your working day

You will report into the Events Manager and perform a range of role responsibilities, including:

  • Planning and organisation of events
  • Liaising with venues and staff
  • Organisation of materials required at events
  • Managing stock and packing for transport
  • Coordination of all duties and roles at events
  • Networking with clients at events
  • Liaising with clients pre and post events from both office and by telephone
  • Providing excellent support for our valued clients

The training you will be getting

  • The official qualification received after successful completion of the course is the Level 3 Event Assistant
  • All delivered within the workplace via online training and at Colchester Institute Campus
  • Maths and English Functional skills if required 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

There will be opportunity to progress the correct candidate into our Client Support, Coaching, Sales or Finance departments within the company. The apprentice will have the opportunity to benefit from working with world renowned business coaches, using these experiences to develop their own proffessional career.

Things to consider

The environment in the office is fast paced and we have to quickly shift focus between multiple projects. We do a lot of interaction with our Clients via zoom and telephone calls so the ideal candidate will need to be confident talking on the phone. Also, please note we are currently based in Kelvedon Essex but will be moving to Chelmsford, candidate will need to travel for face to face interview and be able to travel to the office if start date is prior to Jan 2024.
