What you will do in your working day

    Handle face-to-face enquiries from customers, parents, and staff

The training you will be getting

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English are required 
EKC Group, attending online classes and a Trainer visiting the apprentice at the workplace every 6-10 weeks
