A brilliant opportunity to work in customer service with a chance to specialize within the bench locksmith industry. This is a front-facing role with technical experience to gain.

What you will do in your working day
- Develop customer service procedures, policies, and standards
Handle face-to-face enquiries from customers, parents, and staff
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face
- Investigate and solve customers' problems
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Key Cutting
- Booking appointments
The training you will be getting
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English are required
EKC Group, attending online classes and a Trainer visiting the apprentice at the workplace every 6-10 weeks
