What you will do in your working day
- First point of contact for learners on sign up
- Organise and make appointments for Learner Intake Officers
- Transfer prospective learners to Intake team
- Transfer prospective learners to intake team live on calls
- Check eligibility of prospective learners using software available
- Input learner data onto MIS system

- Functional skills in maths and English if required
- Relevant workplace training
