What you will do in your working day

  • First point of contact for learners on sign up
  • Organise and make appointments for Learner Intake Officers
  • Transfer prospective learners to Intake team
  • Transfer prospective learners to intake team live on calls
  • Check eligibility of prospective learners using software available
  • Input learner data onto MIS system
