What you will do in your working day

  • Dedicates themselves to ensuring complete satisfaction to customers
  • Serves as a liaison between the dealership and its customers
  • Assists service and Parts customers when possible
  • Conducts telephone and in-person transactions courteously and promptly
  • Deals with customer in a sensible manner by showing empathy and a pleasant attitude to show our commitment to excellent customer service and to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Receive customers, discuss, identify and progress routine service and repair and parts requirements
  • Promote the sale of service and accessories
  • To order and distribute Parts as required
  • Discuss and identify manufacturer’s warranty, routine service and repair requirements with customers
  • Promote the sale of service and accessories
  • To ensure that any delay in the completion of work is reported to the customer
  • Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes in the product
  • Follows all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards; Employees are required to record the beginning and ending times of any shift, meal break or departure from work for personal reasons
  • Follows the Company Code of Business Ethics and Conduct
  • Understands and follow all work rules and procedures and follows lawful directions from Supervisors

The training you will be getting

  • The training will be delivered by Learning Curve Group via remote based sessions with your allocated Vocational Skills Coach, every 4-6 weeks. 
  • This will be working towards the Level 2 Customer service practitioner Apprenticeship standard.
  • Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • There is a potential full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
