What you will do in your working day

The role will comprise of:

  • Delivering a brilliant service and experience to our customers
  • Providing insurance quotations and selling the policy benefits
  • Cross selling and up selling additional products
  • Amending and renewing policies for existing customers
  • Answering customer queries
  • Liaising with the claims department on claims queries
  • Providing assistance on projects if requested

The training you will be getting

  • The successful candidate will work towards an insurance practitioner level 3 qualification

Other mandatory qualifications:

  • CILA Certificate in Insurance level 3
  • CII Certificate in Insurance level 3
  • CII Certificate in London markets insurance level 3
  • Apprentices without level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking the End-Point Assessment
