What you will do in your working day

We work with and give back to the local community. We are a friendly and welcoming team who support one another as and when is needed. The work varies from day to day meaning that one day is never the same. It is a role where you will get to work with and meet a range of people from various backgrounds.

As an apprentice you will provide essential administrative support to project and services throughout CAS as well as supporting the running of our Brightspace reception.

Administration tasks will include data collation and entry, printing and filing, collating and sending documents and taking part in conferences by making name badges and delegate packs.

Whilst working on reception you will welcome guests, support staff and tenants with queries, answer calls and signpost them to the appropriate member of staff, set up and clear down meeting rooms, make refreshments and deal with post.

The training you will be getting

The individual will work towards a level 3 in Business Administration qualification. Training to aid towards the qualification will be on site at our Brightspace offices.

The individual will also be provided with inhouse/on the job training and management support throughout. The individual will be part of our regular essential training program which includes training on GDPR, H&S and Fire Awareness. There will also be opportunities to look at further development through shadowing others and taking part in timely projects.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

There will be opportunities to apply for suitable roles as they arise or the possibility of becoming part of the administration team once the apprenticeships is complete. This will be dependent on availability.
