Administration tasks will include data collation and entry, printing and filing, collating and sending documents and taking part in conferences by making name badges and delegate packs.
Whilst working on reception you will welcome guests, support staff and tenants with queries, answer calls and signpost them to the appropriate member of staff, set up and clear down meeting rooms, make refreshments and deal with post.
