What you will do in your working day
To support the smooth running of the business as a whole through the provision of reliable and professional administration support and organisational skills.
- Switchboard operation and reception cover over lunchtimes
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Copy typing and audio typing (training will be provided)
- Opening and distributing incoming post
- Franking and recording outgoing post before taking to the Post Office at the end of the day
- Maintaining a filing system
- Maintaining office diaries for meetings
- Filing documents with Companies House
- Assisting the marketing department in general administration duties
- Supporting the office in any other ad hoc administration duties

Following the successful completion of the qualification the company has a history of offering successful candidates a full-time position within the company. This can be as part of the company administrative team or another department of the company such as payroll or the accounts & audit team where further qualifications may be obtained as required.
