What you will do in your working day
Main responsibilities and duties
- Completing Enforcement Agent / System generated Tasks and Alerts ensuring these are resolved within SLA
- Making and receiving calls to Enforcement Agents and answering their questions and queries
- Maintain and update a Health and Safety log of incidents relating to Enforcement Agents and provide this data to the HR department on a weekly basis
- Resolve financial queries on behalf of the Accounts Department such as late banking, chargebacks and none updated Enforcement Agent payments
- Undertake actions and activities in relation to operational needs such as address cleansing, reviewing blocked cases, reviewing spotted vehicles, linking new accounts, generating reports, generating letters and vehicle removal requests etc.
- Co-ordinate any day to day EA requirements including clamp orders and stationary etc.
The training you will be getting
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
- This apprenticeship is delivered through work based learning, this means that all training is done at the workplace eliminating the need to attend college
- The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly
