LDC are looking for another member of the team to help with the admin side of the business. You will need to be competent in Excel/emails and general computer work. Also, to be friendly, helpful and engaging with new and existing customers. You will be answering calls and taking messages, plus much more. You will need good communication – both written and verbal.

What you will do in your working day
- To answer the phone and take messages
- Upload quotes and send to customers
- Update client records and set call backs
- Email clients for updates or prospecting
- Find new contacts/social media etc.

Organisations will set their own entry criteria and are more likely to select individuals with more advanced inter-personal skills, experience of working with customers in some capacity. You must achieve level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end point assessment.
