What you will do in your working day
- Recruitment and engagement of learners on specific learning programmes
- Preparing and presenting open days, virtual workshops and information sessions
- Attending job centres, career fairs and other external events on a regular basis
- Supporting learners in ensuring compliance paperwork is completed with minimal errors through effective liaising with both learners and the administration team
- Acting as the leading figure when communicating with perspective learners, parents and third-party organisations
- Building relationships with the referral partners and agencies across the UK
- Establishing relationships with the organisations across all of the learning areas, including schools, job centres and youth centres
- Strong and effective communication with third parties on new programs, initiatives and courses. Including distribution of appropriate marketing material
- Maintaining an appropriate database of learning information, including trackers and spreadsheets to ensure contractual obligations are met and internal standards and targets are achieved
- Producing reports for management and to provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business
The training you will be getting
Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:
- Functional skills if needed
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- All training is completed on site, NO college days, monthly visits followed by 20% off the job
