I am OFSTED registered childminder and a mum of four. My children's ages range from 10 to 20. My provision is open plan, bright, airy and child focussed which allows early years foundation stage to make their own choice on activity alongside a planned and stimulating learning experiences. I focussed on being family orientated with respectful and inclusive values. I have a level 3 diploma in children and young people’s workforce I employ two staff qualified with BA in primary early years and a nursery nurse. I am on both the compulsory and voluntary registers. I have 20 years of experience and understand the demands of children's individual needs from birth and early years through to teenage years. I believe children learn best when they are healthy, safe and secure, when their individual needs are met and when they have positive relationships with the adults caring for them.
