I focussed on being family orientated with respectful and inclusive values. I have a level 3 diploma in children and young people’s workforce I employ two staff qualified with BA in primary early years and a nursery nurse. I am on both the compulsory and voluntary registers. I have 20 years of experience and understand the demands of children's individual needs from birth and early years through to teenage years. I believe children learn best when they are healthy, safe and secure, when their individual needs are met and when they have positive relationships with the adults caring for them.
