What you will do in your working day

  • Support the implementation and mobilisation of the Initial Teacher Training (ITT), Early Career Framework (ECF) and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) programmes 
     
  • Lead on the implementation of our marketing strategy, following the marketing schedule using a range of tools – printed materials, social media and through our website to generate interest and sign-up to the programmes 
     
  • Manage incoming correspondence – phone calls, emails, requests and enquiries and handling/escalating as appropriate  
     
  • Organising, booking, and scheduling conferences and events working closely with our Programmes Operations Coordinator  
     
  • Assist with the set-up and smooth-running of conferences and clinics hosted within our partner schools – setting up and liaising with Visiting Fellows (Facilitators) 
     
  • Collecting and managing participant attendance data in a timely, secure, consistent and compliant manner following the appropriate processes and timelines to ensure it is up to date  
     
  • Undertake administration duties, including confidential typing, photocopying and filing
