What will the apprentice be doing?
- We have a role within the E-Roster team to help deliver a quality service supporting users across the Trust.
- The role will be varied and comes at an exciting time where we will be rolling out the use of the rostering system to all teams across Trust.
- The successful candidate will have a key role providing our service desk capability, reporting on roster use to managers, training new users and playing a part in the onboarding of new teams to the E-Roster.
- The position will require relationship building with managers across the Trust as you seek to resolve their issues and allow them to roster effectively, you will be supported by the team as you build these relationships.
- This will be alongside a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Qualification supported by Derby college, with time release for study.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Qualification.
- You must achieve Level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end-point assessment, if you don't already have this, you will be supported to study this alongside the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Qualification)
- The Customer Service training will all be on site. The Assessor from DCG will come to your workbase.
- If you need to study for the Level 2 English/Maths, this will be held at the Derby College Campus in Derby.
- You will be given a minimun of 6hrs per week to work on your apprenticeship, the format of which can be agreed with your manager.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- To increase their skills & confidence so they are successful when applying for a permanent role with the Trust
