    Appreciation benefits include; leaving early, paid for lunches, paid for team dinners, bonuses and incentive day prizes to win. 28 days Annual Leave holiday per year including Bank holidays. Extra days holiday after 1 years employment.

  • Working week

    Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm with a 45 minute break for lunch and 2 x 15 minute paid for breaks.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Making phone calls
  • Admin duties
  • Working as part of a team
  • On going training
  • Playing games

You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, work well on your own and be a strong team player. A terrific telephone mode and excellent basic knowledge would be advantageous, but you don’t need any previous experience, you will be taught everything that you’ll need to know to do the job, we just need the ‘right’ sort of personality to fit with our existing team.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Customer Service Level 2

The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated work-based trainer who will provide support and guidance throughout the course.

This is a work-based programme which means that all of your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We have had great success in the past with our apprenticeships and every apprentice who has completed the course has been offered a full-time role starting at £12 per hour, with team leader progression available
