What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide direct administrative support to staff within the service under the direction of the Business Processes Officer
  • Maintain appropriate filing, recording and reporting systems in line with the Records Management Policy and organise archiving of records as appropriate
  • Raise orders on the County Council’s Finance System (INTEGRA) as requested, process and scan invoices through INTEGRA and similar duties as required
  • To process incoming and outgoing mail ensuring that mail is tracked as appropriate
  • To provide information from the County Council’s Finance System (INTEGRA) to delegated budget holders as directed
  • To input data onto the Community Learning Service Management Information System (YETI) including learner records as and when necessary
  • To support in the administration of meetings, systems, processes and other activity related to the smooth day to day running of the Skills and Employability team, as directed, including chasing outstanding/missing paperwork
  • To arrange meeting rooms, bookings and support staff in diary arrangements as and when required
  • To collect deliveries and visitors from post room and reception as required
