What will the apprentice be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • To proactively support a fast-paced, busy team with all administrative duties
  • Answering all incoming calls and taking messages as required
  • Monitor email inboxes, responding to queries and updating records
  • Compliance and rights-to-work checks

•       Completing references upon request.

•       Helping with the internal requirement process.

•       Posting vacancies on job boards.

•       General typing and administration for partners and staff, including creating and

•       updating various documents.

•       Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring all contact details are kept up to

•       date.

•       Helping with some social media content/posts.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Diploma Business Administrator
  • Day release at the Rush Green Campus

Things to consider

If you don't have a level 2 in Business/Administration you will need at least 6 months experience of working in an Admin role, paid/unpaid.
