What will the apprentice be doing?
End point Assessment is a vital part of all apprenticeships programmes. This is the final assessment of the apprenticeship process which recognises the apprentices achievements throughout their studies.
- To support the administration of all aspects of the EPA process
- To use various electronic platforms to upload apprenticeship evidence
- To support the administration of the Apprenticeship Service to ensure employers have followed all the necessary steps for the College to claim apprenticeship funding
- Support the administration of the registration of apprentices for End Point Assessment with the relevant EPA organisations
- Raise all the necessary purchase orders for EPA and track against invoices received
- Administer various systems and software
- Track apprentices due to undertake EPA
- Upload all the required evidence for each individual EPA apprentice to their required EPA portal
- Liaise with the relevant Apprenticeship Co-ordinators to advise of EPA upload
- Liaise with the relevant Apprenticeship Co-ordinator for any required interview, professional discussion, project or exam dates, as soon as you are notified from the EPA organisation, to enable them to inform employer and apprentice
- Liaise with the relevant Assessor, Apprenticeship Co-ordinator and IQA co-ordinator of achievement grades or required resits
