What you will do in your working day
Provide efficient and professional administrative support such as:
- Reception duties including; being a first point of contact, greeting site visitors etc
- Answering and transferring calls
- Responding to emails
- Keeping filing up to date
- Producing documents such as delivery notes and purchase orders when needed
In addition, this role will develop into providing operational support to the business which will involve, but is not limited to:
- Collecting production data and inputting it onto spreadsheets
- Producing reports
- Liaising with production staff and customers
- Obtaining quotes for transport
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with stock-takes and updating stock information
- Labelling goods

- Relevant training will be provided through Lancaster and Morecambe College
- Subject to attending an Apprenticeship Interview with Lancaster and Morecambe College

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, we would be open to the candidate continuing into full-time employment or progressing onto a higher-level apprenticeship.
