What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Assist in matching candidates to positions
  • Manage candidate database and records
  • Coordinate interview schedules
  • Support administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with policies and laws
  • Foster candidate engagement and communication
  • Contribute to team collaboration and learning

The training you will be getting

  • Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to become a competent Resourcer within the Recruitment sector.
  • You will receive tutoring sessions as part of your Level 2 course, which will be conducted within your workplace and will not require day release.
  • Upon completing the apprenticeship, you will attain a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer NVQ/BTEC certificate.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Upon completing the apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to advance your career as a Business Development Manager or a Recruitment Consultant.
