What will the apprentice be doing?
Evess Group (formally Graduation Attire LTD) embodies events that highlight the success in people's lives. A final choir performance, celebrating your achievement at a graduation and even completing the first steps to becoming a legal professional. Specialists in occasion, performance and ceremony supplies, Evess understand that ceremonial garments go beyond the material and accessories. The main part of your role will be to learn all aspects of business administration and customer service via email, telephone calls and website inquiries. You will also support events, update job platforms and data, you will complete filing, ensure that orders are dispatched according to set procedures and provide ad hoc support to other departments when required.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will gain the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
- Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
You will also study a range of topics including: knowing your customers, understanding your organisation, meeting regulations and legislation, systems and resources, your role and responsibility, customer experience, product and service knowledge, interpersonal skills and communication.
