What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Communicating with employees over the phone and in written correspondence
  • Providing an efficient and effective service to all customers of the department – internal and external
  • Monitoring department mailboxes and responding to emails
  • Updating the HR database
  • Preparing reports and Management information on HR data
  • Keeping the monthly dashboard updated
  • Filing and pulling information together to distribute to managers and colleagues
  • Organising meetings and notetaking for disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working etc

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will work towards your L3 HR Support Apprenticeship Qualification
  • You will train on site at our Head Office
  • You will have 1 day per week allocated to training and development
