What will the apprentice be doing?

1. Business Administration:
- Learn and perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, and office organization.
- Assist in managing quotes, speaking to clients, and handling correspondence.
- Gain proficiency in using office software and tools for efficient record-keeping and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative needs as they arise.
3. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospect research.
- Participate in sales meetings and customer consultations to observe and learn sales processes.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with after-sales support.
4. Communication: Develop effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders professionally.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including sales, marketing, and administration, to contribute to company goals and projects.
6. Learning: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and business administration best practices through mentorship and ongoing training.
Skills:
- A strong interest in both business administration and sales.
- Enrolled in or planning to enroll in a business administration or related program (e.g., college, online courses, certifications).
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
