This role provides assistance and support to our Customer Sales Support Team and engages with many departments in the company. The role is office-based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. An apprentice in our small, family-owned company can expect to be involved in lots of different areas of the business. The role will involve interaction with customers via email and over the phone daily, as well as communication between our different departments.

What will the apprentice be doing?

The role involves a variety of computer-based tasks, Including:

  • Adding orders to our ERP system & amending existing order delivery dates
  • Handling customer queries regarding open and closed orders, generating quotes and responding to stock enquiries
  • Interacting with customers via email and over the phone daily, as well as communicating between our different departments

  • Functional Skills in maths and English, if required
  • Located in Kidlington, Oxford
