The role includes helping maintain the office diary, assisting with invoicing, performing data entry and filing tasks. Managing inventory of office supplies.

What will the apprentice be doing?
We are looking for an individual who can always maintain a professional appearance and have confident telephone manners to create a brilliant first impression of our organisation.
These tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and diarise appointments.
With some further training, they will also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies.
