  • You will spend time at college at the Derby or Buxton campus dependant on which cohort you join, college transport is available. You will receive training from knowledgeable industry-experienced instructor-mentors. In addition, you will have lots of opportunities in the workplace to shadow management and be mentored throughout your apprenticeship

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

We expect you will take a full manager role within at the George or at one of our other establishments on the successful completion of your apprenticeship.
