What will the apprentice be doing?

As a HR and Compliance Administrator Apprentice you'll be responsible for supporting the People & Capability team as well as supporting our Global Data Protection and Compliance Manager ensuring we are compliant with data protection laws and regulations.


You'll be supported and guided through completion of your CIPD Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship, whilst being surrounded by a solid network of People & Data professionals. The role has is an amazing opportunity for the right person to secure a strong level of self-learning and exposure.

  • Supporting the development and implementation of data retention processes for the People Team
  • Maintaining and monitoring the data retention process for the People Team
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of data protection measures such as naming conventions and document retention policies
  • Conducting ad-hoc audits to identify potential gaps and/or areas of improvement in the People Team data protection practices
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data in file, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Assisting in various People & Capability team function such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance and offboarding
  • Assisting in responding to employee enquiries related to People & Capability policies, procedures, benefits and data protection practices
  • Supporting the People & Capability and Data Protection teams in any other tasks or projects as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You'll be supported and guided through completion of your CIPD Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship, whilst being surrounded by a solid network of People & Data professionals. The role has is an amazing opportunity for the right person to secure a strong level of self-learning and exposure. The training can either be remote or in person depending on which option is chosen.
Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
