What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Opening ‘Jobs’ on our system
  • Answering the telephone to customers/operatives/other branches
  • Sorting queries with jobs
  • Providing operatives with purchase order numbers
  • Sending jobs to the relevant office
  • Opening Quotes on our system, Eventually creating invoices and using Sage accounts

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The Successful candidate will recieve a Customer service level 2 practioner award.

This is one day every fortnight and Leeds City College (Printworks Campus)
