What you will do in your working day
- Prepare all food (breakfast dishes, main meals and afternoon tea's) to the highest standards in accordance with company specifications, paying particular attention to food hygiene
- Using kitchen equipment with supervision
- Ensure that food rotation is maintained to minimise wastage
- Demonstrate an ability to control stock levels keeping within restaurant budgets
