What you will do in your working day

Responsibilities

• Entering candidate data and compliance onto our CRM and also updating exel spreadsheets, we are looking for a candidate who is proficient in all MS suite including word, exel, powerpoint

• Create and publish job adverts and social media postings across our various portals

• Screen resumes and job applications whereby you must have good attention to detail

• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates for the recruitment team

• Send and chase timesheets and assist the payroll manager with entering data onto our online booking platform

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure documents are checked and compliant

• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings onto our CRM daily

Requirements:

• Familiarity with CRM databases and logging data accurately and efficiently

• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner

• Good written and verbal communications skills

• Team spirit
