What you will do in your working day

• Greet and assist customers entering the park
• Stock control, stock rotation, stock counts and reporting anything we are out of stock on or low on
• Making coffees, teas, slush drinks and soft drinks
• To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and work in a clean and tidy manner
• Support the kitchen in preparation of party food and customer's orders
• To correctly use equipment in line with departmental procedures
• Keep workstation area clean and organised
• Monitor, clean and organise locker room and café seating areas as needed
• Report problems with cash registers, customers or facility to the Cafe Supervisor, Duty Manager or Front of House manager
• Responsible for accurate cash and till management for their drawer
• Other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business
• Promptly informs Manager of any and all customer complaints or comments
• Remains diligent and focused during all monetary or credit card transactions so that his or her register is accurate at the end of each shift
• Cleans locker rooms, front desk area, toilets, entrance, waiver station and gaming area according to schedule
• Informs manager immediately of product shortages
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager

The training you will be getting

  • Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in QUAL, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
  • In house training delivered by an NLTG assessor 
  • NLTG assessor will visit every 4-6 weeks
